Napa cabbage is the main ingredient of Baechu-kimchi (배추김치), the most common type of kimchi. Baechu-kimchi is made by fermenting salted napa cabbages with Korean radish, aromatic vegetables, jeotgal (salted seafood), gochugaru (chilli powder) and various seasonings. It is also the dish people commonly refer to, whenever they bring up the topic of kimchi despite the various kinds of kimchi available in Korean cuisine.

Authentic korean cabbage in a bottle with tangy spicy hummph! noted that the manufacturing date is 10 days before the delivery date though.
Repeated purchases almost every week if available. My whole family including out 2yr old toddler love this kimchi. Maybe a bit too sour but it's fresh!
These are very yummy. Not too sour or spicy. Taste is just nice.
My Favourite Kimchi
I have bought 1 bottle previously to try it & I totally love how it tasted so fresh & crunchy as compared to the ones I bought before with were made in Korea. I found out that this kimchi was made freshly in Singapore, therefore I decided to buy 3 bottles bundle for my cooking or as a banchan.
