1. Where do we deliver?

Singapore
  • Island wide delivery except Jurong Island, restricted airlines and cargo areas (such as airport cargo complexes, and airline roads) and other locations that are not on mainland Singapore. We will proceed with order cancellation and refund should your shipping location falls within these areas.
  • Free shipping over S$80 per order
  • $8 flat rate for orders below S$80 per order
  • Delivery date: Please select your preferred date during cart out.
  • Delivery time slot is 2 pm to 6 pm on Wednesdays to Fridays only (excluding Singapore public holidays). We will add more time slots in the future.
  • Delivery may take additional time during sale periods, holidays, and unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather events.
  • Text message will be sent to your phone registered in the account to confirm the delivery date. Our couriers will also give you a call or message on the actual delivery day.
International
  • Not available at the moment. 

 

2. When do we deliver?

Regular items
  •  Delivery will be on the date that you have selected prior to carting out & the date will be shown on your order confirmation email. 
Preorder item (i.e. Ganjang Gejang)
  • Delivery will be on the delivery date that we have advised (i.e. 24 Nov 2021 onwards). An SMS will be sent to you to confirm your delivery date. If you are not available to receive the delivery on the given date, kindly reply to the SMS to reschedule before the cut off time. Our delivery time slot is 2 pm to 6 pm on Wednesday to Friday only (excluding Singapore public holidays).
Fresh Food item (i.e. Mukbang Cheese Bomb Dak Galbi & Jjin Jjin Budae Jjigae (Army Stew)
  • This item is made to order and delivery will be on the specified delivery date on the product page only and time slot will be 3 pm onwards (no morning time slot), kindly note that no cancellation/refund is allowed once order is placed.
  • If you are not able to receive the delivery on the given date & time, kindly wait for the next preorder with a more suitable delivery date. Thank you for your patience and kind understanding on this! 
  • Please note that no rescheduling of delivery is allowed. Kindly ensure that someone is home to receive the delivery before placing an order.
  • In the event of failed delivery (i.e. no one is at home to receive the item), the item will be disposed in order to comply with the food safety regulations. Kindly note that there will not be a refund.
  • The above policy also applies to all other items in the same order.

 

3. Am I able to self collect?

  • Self collection option is not available at the moment. 

4. Can I request for a specific time for my delivery?

  • We are unable to assign a specific time slot as our external logistics partner will deliver according to their most efficient delivery route for the day. 

5. Can I amend my order or shipping address?

  • Please contact us immediately with your order number and the details to amend (e.g. new shipping address, item & quantity) before 1 pm on the day before your scheduled delivery date.
  • If your order has been submitted to our fulfilment team, we would not be able to edit your address or edit your order. Please ensure that the correct shipping information has been provided during the checkout.
  • For any failed delivery due to wrong shipping information provided by customer, Mukbang and our logistic/courier partners will not be held liable. Kindly note that we reserve the right to charge a redelivery fee - (subject to varied rates depending on location as it is a dedicated trip).
  • No cancellation of order or refund is allowed for failed delivery.

6. My order has yet to arrive, what should I do?

  • Our delivery time slot is 2 pm to 6 pm. Delivery may be delayed due to wet weather or unforeseen traffic conditions. We seek your patience and kind understanding in such cases. 
  • Please contact support@mukbang.sg or DM us on Instagram with your name and order number.

7. What if I am not at home to receive my parcel?

  • Do note that chilled and frozen food items are temperature sensitive, hence it is important that you provide us with the correct shipping information and ensure that there is someone at the address to receive the items during delivery, otherwise it will be constituted as a failed delivery.
  • Our couriers will contact you should there be no response at the door, and should there still be no response within the next 5 minutes, they will leave for the next location. 
  • We do not recommend our couriers to leave your parcel at the door step/riser. Should you require our courier to leave the parcel at your chosen area, please note that Mukbang and our logistic/courier partners will not be held liable should the said parcel is missing/damaged/food condition is less than satisfactory e.g. thawed.
  • For any failed delivery, Mukbang and our logistic/courier partners will not be held liable. Kindly note that we reserve the right to charge a redelivery fee - (subject to varied rates depending on location as it is a dedicated trip).
  • No cancellation of order or refund is allowed for failed delivery.
  • For Fresh Food item - In the event of failed delivery (i.e. no one is at home to receive the item), the item will be disposed in order to comply with the food safety regulations. Kindly note that there will not be a refund.

8. Something is wrong with my order - what should I do?

Missing item(s) / Wrong item(s) / Defective/Damaged item(s)  
  • Please take a clear photo/video of all the items received in the original packaging, exterior packaging (if items are defective/damaged) and inform us within 24 hours from the time you received the delivery.
  • Send the photo/video evidence, together with your order number to support@mukbang.sg so that we can proceed to check with our external warehouse team.
  • We hope to seek your kind understanding that without proper photo/video evidence and if more than 24 hours has passed since the delivery was received, we are unable to provide further assistance. 

 

9. Can my order be delivered to multiple addresses?

We can only ship to one address per order. Should you wish to deliver products to more than one location, please place orders separately.

10. What is the storage instruction?

Please note that the ice gels will keep products chilled for 3-4 hours only. Please store the food products as per instructed on the food labels. Please be advised to refrigerate chilled or frozen food immediately. DO NOT refreeze frozen food that have been thawed.
