  • Yes, for a better and more seamless shopping experience, it is highly recommended to create an account with us. This will allow you to check your past purchases as well. 

2. How do I place an order?

  • Log on to Mukbang.sg and add the items to your cart.
  • Review the items in your cart and check your personal details like name and delivery address.
  • Check out when you are ready.
  • You will receive an order confirmation email shortly after you have successfully placed your order.

3. I did not receive an order confirmation email after placing an order.

  • Please check your spam folder just in case it's sent there. 
  • Otherwise, please contact us at support@mukbang.sg and let us help you.

9. What is the storage instruction?

  • Please note that the ice gels will keep products chilled for 3-4 hours only. Please store the food products as per instructed on the food labels/ refer to our website for storage instructions. Please be advised to refrigerate chilled or frozen food immediately. 

10. When does restock takes place? And how do we know if the item has been restocked?

  • We will restock the items on Tuesday. Please stay tuned as we will update on our social media. You may also sign up for the restock alert by going to the product page and click on the button 'Notify when available'.
